Frequently Asked Questions
|
What questions have already been asked?
Does my entire group need to go through the orientation process?
No, but the person going through orientation will be held responsible for the state of the studio and its equipment following your appointment. Studio 204 does encourage groups to take the orientation with as many members as possible to ensure comfort with studio equipment.
When can I use the video studio?
Once you have completed the orientation process during staffed hours, you will be able to schedule time in the studio twenty-four hours a day. However, be sure to schedule time during regularly staffed hours or make arrangements with a consultant if you need one-on-one assistance.
What happens if something breaks while I am in the studio?
Don't panic. The equipment in Studio 204 is rather complex and in most cases, nothing is actually broken. In all cases, when something is not behaving the way you expected, get a consultant right away and ask him or her to take a look at the equipment for you.
If the equipment is broken, a Studio 204 consultant will assist you in scheduling another appointment at a later time.
I need to cancel my appointment. What do I do?
You may cancel your appointments freely whether you have made them in person, over the phone or online. In all cases, please try to allow a bit of time before your appointment to notify studio staff, especially if you have requested one-on-one assistance or printed resources. (In other words, don't cancel fifteen minutes before your appointment.)
