iMovie Video (30pts)  

Purpose of this assignment:

  1. To learn how to import video, edit it to create a short movie, and export it in different formats.
  2. To use a storyboard for planning the filming and editing of the movie.
Tasks:
Using iMovie:
  1. Plan a storyboard for a short advertisement for your project website (5 minutes)
  2. Content of each video sequence
  3. Filming techniques
  4. Narration
  5. Music, title and transitions
  6. In your video. You should incorporate the following:
  7. Save your movie as a Quick Time movie for CD-R
    8. Include your story board.

    9. Post your movie on the web (less than 50MB).

Planning Storyboard shows careful planning and thought about the use of filming and editing effects and the content of the movie. The final video clip sequence and effects matches closely the directions on the storyboard. The storyboard shows a great deal understanding of filming and editing effects. The storyboard has been used to guide the overall video production but does not correspond clearly with the final video.
